PRICING

Set against what you need.

Instead of a fixed price list, pricing is set against the scope and the volume of the work actually run for you.

If the scope changes, the fee changes.

The fee is set by which functions are being run and by the workload inside those functions. Company size, turnover and any other variable are not part of the pricing.

THE SCOPE DOCUMENT

When a new function is added to the scope, or a function you had handed over is taken back in house, the fee is updated accordingly. Changes in workload are reflected in the pricing the same way. Every change is written into the scope document.

01

How the fee is set

On the first call two separate scopes are drawn up: build and operation. Build covers work that ends when it is finished; operation covers the monthly work that continues. Both scopes and their corresponding fees are stated explicitly in one document. As long as the scope does not change, the fee does not change.

02

Billing

Billed monthly and in advance. Work starts once the payment has gone through.

03

If payment is late

If the payment period set out in the agreement is exceeded, the work is paused. The systems built, the files and the work are all preserved. When the payment is completed, the work carries on from where it stopped.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

What is promised is written into the contract.

Every deliverable is set out in writing before the work starts, together with its scope and its delivery date.

If a deliverable stated in the contract is not delivered, the fee for that service is refunded.

The refund is not carried into the following month and is not offset against another service.

PERFORMANCE

One measure: the return on what you put in.

We measure performance by assessing the revenue earned against the total spend directed by pipera.

That total covers the media budgets, the content and production that ships, and the monthly service fee.

Our own fee is part of the total spend as well. That way performance is never made to look higher than it is by leaving one of the costs out.

Revenue is taken from the recorded order data in your commerce platform. Figures whose source cannot be verified, or which no record supports, are left out of the performance calculation.

INCLUDED IN THE CALCULATION

  • Media budgets on the platforms
  • Content and production costs that ship
  • The monthly service fee

LEFT OUT OF THE CALCULATION

  • Revenue from channels pipera does not run
  • Orders placed before the work started
  • Revenue whose source cannot be verified
