What is a credit?
A credit is what pipera spends to make a piece of work. An image costs a few credits, a video costs more. Each plan includes a monthly credit balance, and you can top up anytime.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Changes take effect right away and we prorate the difference.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack at any time without changing your plan. Unused pack credits roll over for 90 days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with 150 credits. That runs your 3-creative starter batch (1 image, 1 video, 1 UGC). A card on file is required to start. There is no charge during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What does autonomous actually mean?
pipera decides and runs. It plans content, generates it, quality-checks it, publishes it, reads performance, and moves ad budget toward what works. You set the guardrails once: budgets, brand exclusions, and the approval mode. Every action is logged on your dashboard.
Can I review content before it goes live?
Yes. Approval mode holds every piece for your sign-off, in the dashboard or over Telegram, before it publishes. Full autonomy is opt-in, and you can switch modes anytime.
Which channels does pipera publish to?
pipera publishes to your connected social channels: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Connect them once and pipera keeps the feed alive on the right schedule.
What ad platforms does pipera support?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads are live on every plan. TikTok and Google ads are live on Growth and above. Google campaigns start once your account has earned real conversion signal from Meta and TikTok, so Google spend lands on a proven foundation instead of a cold start.
What does "Coming soon" mean on the plans?
A few features (Agents and Sourcing) are built into the plans but still rolling out. You can subscribe today and we will enable them on your account as they go live. You are never charged extra for them.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. No long-term contracts. Cancel from the dashboard and you will not be billed again.
