PROCESS
From the first call to daily work, four clear steps.
The first call takes 30 minutes. Needs are identified, the scope is set and the work is started.
01
Identifying the needs
On a 30 minute call we go through the brand as it stands today, the products or services it offers, its goals and its needs.
Which work is required, and its scope, is settled by the end of that call. Scope and fee are shared on the same call.
Nothing is installed and no agreement is started at this stage.
02
Setting the scope
All agreed work, deliverables and responsibilities are defined explicitly in one written scope.
As long as the scope of work does not change, the fee does not change either.
Billing is monthly and paid in advance. Work starts once the payment has been completed.
03
Building the system
Once the required account and platform access is granted, the build starts.
The existing setup is reviewed, the gaps are identified and the systems you need are created. No extra panel, tool training or operational preparation is required of you.
When the build is complete, the daily work begins.
04
Daily work and reporting
Within the agreed scope, the work is carried out every day and monitored continuously.
Every week you get a one page report covering the core performance indicators and the work done. If results fall back, or the expected performance is not reached, the report shows that just as plainly.
Before any budget is spent, or any action taken that cannot be undone, the necessary checks and human approval are in place.
Book a call.
30 minutes is enough to start.
The brand’s current position and what it needs are assessed on the call.
Scope and fee are settled on the same call.
